For reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court determined that the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Defendant B and C, an infant of Defendant D, on the instant real estate under the condition that the Plaintiff would collect the F’s credit from Defendant D and the nonperformance of delegated duties of debt collection was a condition subsequent.
The judgment below
In light of the records, the judgment of the court below is just and acceptable, and there is no error of law such as incomplete deliberation, omission of judgment, etc. as alleged in the grounds of appeal.
Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
