On August 24, 2010, Defendant B sentenced Defendant B to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Seoul Western District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on September 22, 2012.

Criminal facts

1. On February 3, 2015, the Defendants’ co-principaled Defendants reported that the above house was cut off to the victim E’s house located in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and determined that the victim was not inside the house. Defendant B reported the network outside the house. Defendant A used one Dozl of the victim’s own market price at the inner bank by following the rear fence and impairing the window of the living room with the window, one Doll of 500,000 won, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 50,000,000,000,000,000 won, and two gold bars of the market price of KRW 60,000,000,000,000, market price of which is equivalent to KRW 8,000,000.

As such, the Defendants jointly stolen the victim’s property.

2. On January 15, 2015, Defendant A: (a) around 18:10 on January 15, 2015, at the victim G’s house located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) reported the victim’s house to take out the said house; and (c) determined that the victim’s house was not in the house; and (d) cut off the window of the window booming on the side of the main line for industrial cutting machines, and invaded on the said house, and stolen KRW 90,00,000

From that time to February 5, 2015, the Defendant stolen the total amount of KRW 28,971,600 on eight occasions, as shown in the list of offenses.

3. Defendant B provided the Defendant’s vehicle to A in order to assist him in larceny by intrusioning upon the victim’s house at the time and place of the attached list 4,5,6,8, and in order to facilitate the transport of water and damaged articles in the place of the crime by accompanying with A.
