1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and its related amount are 5% per annum from August 11, 2018 to November 7, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice);
3. Partial dismissal.
A. There is no basis for recognizing interest or delay damages from November 11, 2010, as alleged by the Plaintiff. It is recognized only as damages for delay from August 11, 2018, the day following the date indicated in the content-certified mail (Evidence A2).
In accordance with the purport of partial dismissal, damages for delay calculated by the rate of 12% per annum from November 8, 2019 to the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which is the following day of this judgment.
