A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
1,100,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

【Criminal Records, etc.】 The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and six months in the Seoul Central District Court on September 1, 2016 due to a violation of the Narcotics Control Act, etc., and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years and six months in September 9, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 9, 2016, and is not a person with two or more criminal records in the same kind of crime.

1. At around 12:12 on July 20, 2017, the Defendant ordered the seller (i.e., one penphone; hereinafter referred to as the “phiphone”) of the Metetop (i.e., one penphone), a local mental medicine, at the E Bank point located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government EF, to use the mobile phone SNS SNS (G), and then transferred the 3.50,000 won of the phiphone to the E bank account (J) in the name of the said seller designated by the said seller, and then purchased the Metop phone in an irregular place in Seoul (hereinafter referred to as the “G”), a place known by the said seller.
2. On July 29, 2017, around 07:03, the Defendant transferred 400,000 won of philopon to the above E bank account designated by the said seller in the same manner as the preceding paragraph at the E bank L branch in Guro-gu Seoul, and purchased the philopopon at a location below Seoul, where the said seller known, at that time, at a place.
around 12:00 on August 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported a sales advertisement of Metepopacopty (one philopopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) a local mental medicine published on the Internet at N points of the E Bank located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) ordered the sales of Melopopty to “G”, a mobile phone display case for SNS SNS, and then remitted 3.50,000 won to the E account in the name of I (J) of the said seller notified to the seller; and (c) purchased the Melopopon from an unspecified place in Seoul (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul”) at the time.
