1. The defendant shall commence from the day following the delivery date of the real estate stated in the attached list with regard to KRW 45,00,000 to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On January 2, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on the deposit amount of KRW 45 million with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet, and the lease period from January 20, 2013 to January 20, 2015, and paid the deposit amount. The lease agreement period of this case expired January 20, 2015.
