Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, indicating the claim, received a claim attachment and collection order under this Court Order 2014TTT6289, which was issued by the notary public, with respect to the claim for construction price against the Defendant, based on an executory notarial deed No. 427, No. 427, 2014, from which the notary public served on the Defendant. The said order was served on the Defendant. As such, the Plaintiff sought payment of the said collection
