1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff the real estate indicated in the attached list, and the KRW 22,210,000 and the above from November 2, 2014.
Reasons
1. Claim for reimbursement of unjust enrichment equivalent to the transfer of real estate and rent and rent on the ground that the Plaintiff had terminated the lease contract due to the Defendant’s delinquency in the payment of rent, which the Plaintiff leased to the Defendant as indicated in the Disposition No. 1 of this case.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings on the ground of recognition (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
