[criminal records] On October 19, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the period of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seo-gu District Court Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court on August 19, 2018, and such judgment became final and conclusive on October 27, 2018.

[Criminal facts]

1. No person who violates the Act on the Registration of Residents shall report or apply for any false fact with respect to a resident registration or resident registration certificate;

Nevertheless, on March 2, 2017, at the C community service center located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant applied for a false fact as to the resident registration certificate by entering the name and resident registration number (E) of the Defendant in the applicant sexual name column using a black pen on the application form for the re-issuance of the resident registration certificate.

2. On March 20, 2017, the Defendant forged a private document, stating that “D” and “H” are written in the deposit transaction application form, and forged a private document on the rights and obligations of D’s name by stating his/her signature on the date of birth, and subsequently displayed a forged private document to G bank employees I, who may not be aware of the fact, submitted the said deposit transaction application form to the said G bank employees I for the purpose of opening a passbook in the name of D by using the resident registration certificate of D issued, such as the foregoing paragraph 1.
