Punishment of the crime
1. On August 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as at August 20, 2014, at the place as at paragraph (1) of this Article, the trademark right of the said trademark right holder was infringed by manufacturing KRW 12,879,00 in total at the market price on which the trademark of the “original face pattern” registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office as the designated goods of clothing, etc. under the heading 096999 on June 21, 2012, was forged, forged, displayed, and affixed with the trademark of KRW 12,879,00 in a fake franc child uniform, and KRW 143 in its lower portion.
3.
