성매매알선등행위의처벌에관한법률위반(성매매알선등)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall arrange, solicit, induce or compel sexual traffic, or provide a place for sexual traffic.
1. On October 3, 2017, the Defendant, at the East Sea, kept articles necessary for the commercial sex acts, such as mixed, red sea, and other livers D in the vicinity of the C cafeteria located in the East Sea, and arranged commercial sex acts by having a female E (V) of commercial sex acts, employ a 35-year-old female E (V), and by using a smartphone “F” case, etc., receive KRW 170,00 won at one time from the male purchased sexual intercourse with E and arranging commercial sex acts.
In addition, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts for three times from October 3, 2017 to October 25, 2017, such as the list of crimes (1) Nos. 1 to 3.
2. On November 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) employed a female sexual traffic under paragraph (1) Gtel H; (b) received KRW 170,00 from a male purchaseer on his/her name and arranged sexual traffic in the same manner as described in paragraph (a) in the same manner as described in paragraph (1).
In addition, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts for three times from November 8, 2017 to November 14, 2017, such as [Attachment 4-6] Nos. 1 to 6.
3. The Defendant, in the crime in the Gangnam-si Itel, agreed to engage in the business of arranging commercial sex acts in the form of “officetel” with J, the J bears initial investments, the Defendant directly mediates commercial sex acts, and the profits therefrom are to be settled half.
On November 25, 2017, the Defendant leased 3,200,000 won of the leased deposit transferred to J, and started to operate the business by leasing 3,20,000 won of the office of Gangseo-si I Office (K, L, and M).
On November 28, 2017, the Defendant kept articles necessary for commercial sex acts, such as contact sea lives and other lives, in the above officetel M, and opened name in the name of “F” application after employing a female E, etc.
