1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally and severally with the non-party limited liability company, 37,575,691 won and 24,003,536 won among them.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That the creditor shall be deemed to be the "Plaintiff", the debtor shall be deemed to be the "Defendant", and the payment order for the defendant limited liability company, compliance, and B shall have become final and conclusive respectively).
