The Defendant served as an accounting officer in Mapo-gu Seoul, and has been in charge of not only C but also D and E’s corporate card management, accounting management, etc.

1. On December 29, 201, the Defendant, at the above C Office, obtained a total of 20 times from around 20 to September 4, 2012, a total of 5,806,190 won, by inputting information, such as the card number, password, effective period, cvc number, etc., in the name of the victim D company, without authority in the column of the settlement means, when purchasing goods equivalent to KRW 296,00,00, which are linked to the F site, which is an online commercial company using a computer, and thereby avoiding the payment of the price.

2. On January 19, 2012, the Defendant obtained a total of 12,693,615 won, in total 48 times from around 2013 to March 3, 2013, by inputting information, such as the card number, password, effective period, cvc number, etc., under the name of E, without authority, in the settlement settlement column, when purchasing goods equivalent to KRW 185,00,00, which were connected the Internet commercial shopping site using a computer, from the Internet commercial transaction site using the computer.

3. Around December 29, 2011, the Defendant: (a) purchased goods amounting to KRW 141,900, after accessing the Internet commercial company’s website by using a computer at the above C office; (b) obtained pecuniary benefits from the purchase of information, such as the card number, password, effective period, cvc number, etc., in the name of C without authority in the settlement method column; and (c) obtained pecuniary benefits from the time of the purchase.
