Indication of Claim: On May 28, 2010, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for a loan claim against the Seoul Western District Court 2010Kadan16475, and the same court rendered a judgment on May 28, 2010 that “the Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and interest calculated at the rate of 25% per annum from January 8, 200 to March 30, 201, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment,” and the above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.
After the expiration of the period of extinctive prescription of a claim based on the above final judgment, the claim for the extension of the period is filed by the lawsuit in this case.
