1. The Defendant’s total amount of money indicated in the Plaintiff’s column for the attached sheet No. 1 and this shall apply to each Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Facts which have no dispute (based on recognition), Gap evidence 1, 2, 4 through 6 (including provisional number; hereinafter the same shall apply), Eul evidence 2, 10 through 12, and the purport of the whole pleadings;

A. On December 28, 2011, the Incheon metro and the Incheon metro were merged with the Defendant on December 28, 201, and the Plaintiffs are working or working as employees in general service in the Defendant Corporation as stated in the relevant column for calculation details of additional allowances and calculation details of additional retirement allowances for each of the Plaintiffs.

B. The Defendant’s wage-related provisions were as follows. 5. The term "ordinary wages" means the total amount of salaries, long-term continuous service allowances, subways allowances, trains service allowances, technical allowances, special service allowances, safety managers' allowances, risk allowances, meal service subsidies, and expenses;

Article 16 (Types of Allowances and Method of Payment) (1) Types of allowances and standards for payment shall be as shown in attached Table 3.

(2) Allowances referred to in attached Table 3 shall be paid in cases of overtime work, holiday work or night work according to rules of employment or an order of service.

Article 45 (Payment of Welfare Expenses) (1) The following welfare expenses shall be paid within budgetary limits for the welfare of executives and employees:
