1. The Defendant, on January 1, 2012, transferred from Hyundai Department Store, Inc., Ltd., to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It is sought to confirm that the Plaintiff’s obligation as stated in the order against the Defendant (2,680,068 won as of December 10, 2015) was exempted from liability in accordance with the order issued by the District Court Decision 2012,4847, August 20, 2014.
