Seized evidence 1 to 12 and 19 shall be confiscated, respectively.

The Defendant grants 10% of the amount of settlement when purchasing goods in the Republic of Korea using a false credit card in the name of another person, which is an accomplice of the nationality of Malaysia, from the single person, who is the co-offender of the nationality of Malaysia.

“In receipt of the proposal, “I” entered the airport on December 24, 2017, along with the name “D,” and received forged credit cards from the person in an influence of his/her name and received the false credit cards, and thought to be used at the domestic department store.

1. On December 25, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Fraud and Credit Business: (a) in collusion with the above “C” and “D”; (b) around 16:00 on December 25, 2017, at F department stores located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, “G” stores; and (c) the above “D” purchased female fingers from another person in a false manner; (b) as if it were duly issued a credit card (such as card number: H, card number: certificate issuing company: DBS; (c) actual issuance company: RHBBS; (d) as if it were his credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card company’s signature, and received an approval for settlement; (c.)

2. The Defendant, in collusion with the above “C” and “D” on December 25, 2017, committed fraud, and committed a violation of the Financial Business Act with respect to credit card under the name of a third party (such as H: card number: HBS and external issuance company: DBS and real issuance company: RHBBBkerd) that was forged in a false manner while purchasing goods at a store in the F department store in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The victim, an employee of the said store, as he/she was duly issued.
