1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,022,50 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from December 20, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, C is already finalized as a payment order, "creditor" is considered as "Plaintiff", and "debtor" as "defendant". 2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment by service by publication.
