The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below was just in finding innocence of the facts charged in this case on the grounds that there was no proof of crime, and there was no error of misapprehending the legal principles on the crime of aiding and abetting candidates under the Public Official Election Act, or omitting judgment on the candidate's lineal ascendant.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
