1. The defendant shall receive, on January 25, 199, the Jeonju District Court with respect to the land of 7,041 square meters in Ysan-si, the plaintiff on the land of 7,041 square meters.

Indication of Claim - The plaintiff is a 1/6 share holder of the real estate mentioned in the Disposition No. 1 of this Decree, and the defendant is a company which completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage on the real estate mentioned in the Disposition No. 1 of this case on January 23, 199.
- Claim secured by the registration of creation of a neighboring mortgage was completed on January 23, 2009 after the lapse of 10 years from the date of the act of cause.
- Therefore, the defendant must perform the obligation of Paragraph 1 of the Disposition against the plaintiff seeking the cancellation of the above right to collateral security as a preservation act of the article jointly owned.
