The defendant is a person driving a DNA car in B.
On March 23, 2016, at around 00:20, the Defendant driven the said car with approximately KRW 500 meters up to the road located in the Daegu-gu New Cancer-dong, Daegu-gu, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.101 percent in blood.
