However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around 22:05 on May 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at a white village 409 dong-gu Yandong-gu Yandong-gu Yandong-si 59, the Defendant told the victim D, who was a police officer, to refrain from assaulting C; and (b) during the commission of assaulting C, the Defendant tolded the victim as “spacker, spacker, and sprinke” to the victim, while complying with three and several residents.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.

2. On May 12, 2014, the obstruction of performance of official duties, the Defendant, while intending to assault C at the above parking lot around 22:10 on May 12, 2014, he was subject to the control of the bath and assault by the police officer G and slope D belonging to the F District of the Yongsan Police Station, who was dispatched to the site after receiving the said E- 112 report.

The Defendant inflicted injury on G by assaulting the victim G, G, and slope D, such as “this string, singing, singing, singing, killing, killing, killing, singinginging, standing alone, singn’s family, and singn’s only her father,” and by assaulting the victim G (hereinafter referred to as “the victim”) for approximately two weeks of care by putting the shoulder part of the sing G into a hand by putting the shoulder and singing the shoulder of the singular G at one time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate performance of official duties, such as crime prevention following the dispatch of police officers G or D's 112 report, and injured the victim G.
