A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

1. Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to impair the utility of patrol vehicles, which are public goods, but attempted to commit attempted crimes.
3. The Defendant damaged public goods at around 19:15 of the same day, on the Jeju-dong Police Station metropolitan detention room 5 located in the Dong-dong Police Station, Jeju-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Seoul-dong, which was arrested and detained as a flagrant offender on the same day, was aware of the fact that the Defendant had been detained in the five rooms in the metropolitan detention room in the Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Seoul-dong, and removed lids and toilet changeers
Accordingly, the defendant damaged the use of goods by public offices, thereby harming their utility.
4.
