The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Defendant

On August 11, 2014, A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a period of four months in violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act at the Suwon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 19, 2014.

1. Defendant A is a business owner who operates a similar trading establishment with the trade name “E” in the 9th class 910 of the building D, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

At around 15:00 on June 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) employed B as a manager; (b) sent 1.40,000 won to the above B waiting in the inside room from the name unreal male grandchildren who found the said place as the price for sexual traffic; and (c) assisted the said B to engage in an act of similarity that stimulates the son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son and son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son

2. Defendant B’s crime

A. On June 26, 2014, around 15:00 on June 26, 2014, the Defendant, who violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic) received money from a male grandchild employed by the said business establishment and arranged by A through A, and committed a similar act that stimulates the son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’

B. On June 26, 2014, around 19:45, the Defendant: (a) discovered the foregoing sexual traffic and the act of arranging sexual traffic and confirmed illegal profits, such as the price for sexual traffic, at the above place of business with the Defendant’s consent; (b) on the part of the Defendant, the Defendant was askeder for the above G et al.’s control police officers on the ground that the frequency of sexual traffic and the price for the sexual traffic are different; and (c) at that place, the Defendant was under investigation direction.
