1. On December 1, 2018, the Defendant reported 112 to the Cheongju-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B Apartmentdong that “A woman who had come to the front of the B Apartmentdong” was dispatched to the Cheongju-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station E (Nam, 36 years of age) and the Gyeongju F (Nam, 32 years of age) who belongs to the D District Unit of the Cheongju-gu Police Station.

The Defendant listened to the report process from the Defendant and G (the name of the Defendant, the age of 19), and determined that G did not have any intention to larceny, and thus, found G was not constituted a theft, and the Defendant took a bath, such as “F,” to G, for the explanation that it was not constituted a theft.” On the other hand, the Defendant moved to the parking lot to the inside of the parking lot in order to separate the E and F from the Defendant, while the Defendant moved to the parking lot at a rapid speed of Hststa car, and carried to the E, F, and G.

The Defendant: (a) failed to start the patrol vehicle in order to protect G and return home; (b) failed to stop and drive the patrol vehicle in front of the said patrol vehicle; and (c) demanded that the said F cut off the vehicle to the Defendant; (d) continued to drive the patrol vehicle at a speed of about 10 km from the entrance of the apartment to the said apartment site; (c) while the patrol vehicle moves from the above apartment site to the front of the J in Seo-gu, Cheongju-gu I, Chungcheongnam-gu; (d) driven the said string vehicle to move from the above apartment to about 2.5 km; and (e) driven the said string vehicle to the rear of the patrol vehicle to the front of the J in Seo-gu, Cheongju-gu; and (e) carried the string vehicle to the front of the patrol vehicle to the front of the patrol vehicle to the end of about 2.5 km.

Accordingly, the defendant, carrying a dangerous object, and threatened police officers, thereby hindering police officers from performing their official duties on the 112 Report Management.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle in K SPP.

On December 6, 2018, the Defendant made an irregular speed along the two-lanes between the two-lane distance from the surface of the terminal in front of the Heung-gu L on December 14:30, 2018.
