Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On November 7, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor by fraudulent means, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 12, 2015.
On September 25, 2012, the Defendant introduced the Republic of Korea nationality B to make a disguised marriage. On September 25, 2012, the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office had the public official in charge of family relationship registration submit a false report of marriage as if he/she wishes to marry with B, and had the said public official unaware of this fact enter and register as if the Defendant was married with B in the public electronic records processing system of family relationship, and exercised the said system by having the said public official store and operate the family relationship electronic information processing system containing false facts.
In collusion with the above B, the Defendant entered false facts in the public electronic record and exercised it.
(b) No person who applies for a false visa shall apply for a visa or a visa issuance certificate to allow an alien to enter the Republic of Korea, or arrange such application.
Nevertheless, on July 29, 2013, the Defendant introduced B of the Republic of Korea nationality of the Philippines, filed a false marriage report, filed a false invitation letter, etc., and had the said B apply for a false visa for marriage immigration at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea located in the Philippines.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with B to apply for a visa in a false manner.
C. The Defendant, along with C and D, intended to make a disguised marriage between Sri Lankan and Korean people for employment in Korea and to acquire profits such as false invitation and placement fees.
The defendant suggests a disguised marriage to E and caused E on March 11, 2014 to be in charge of family relationship registration in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office.
