1. Attached Form to Defendant Gangwon Passenger Transport Corporation;
1. The plaintiffs listed in the list Nos. 1 through 29 of the plaintiffs are the defendants.
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant Gangwon Passenger Transport Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Gangwon Passenger”) and Defendant Kangwon Interest Business Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Gangwon Interest Business”) are corporations engaged in passenger transport business, and the attached Form
1. The Plaintiffs listed in the list Nos. 1 through 29 of the Plaintiff’s list in Defendant Gangwon Passenger, and the Plaintiffs listed in the list Nos. 30 through 40 of the same list in the Defendant Gangwon Broadcasting Business, respectively.
5. Of the service period list, “the date of death” was employed as a driver on each corresponding date, and retired from office on each corresponding date as stated in the “the date of retirement” column in the same list.
B. The passenger of the defendant Gangwon-won and the attached Form
1. The part related to working hours among collective agreements effective from 2010 to 2013, which applies between the plaintiffs, including the plaintiffs listed in the list Nos. 1 to 29 of the plaintiffs, and the part related to working hours, and the content of a wage agreement based on a collective agreement, are as follows.
Article 27 (Number of Days and Hours of Work)
1. Number of working days: 20 days for intercity buses and 17 days for urban buses;
2. Working hours: The average working hours of eight hours a day and four weeks a week except for break time, shall be based on 40 hours a week, but overtime work shall be recognized according to the course of the company's dispatch in consideration of the characteristics of passenger transportation services;
1) The working hours of a service on board shall be the working hours for the vehicle operation hours under the dispatch course, but recognize 30 minutes per day before and after departure. 2) When waiting to work for the purpose of serving on board for the purpose of serving on board, basic pay shall be paid.
(iii) Article 28 (Time for Holiday)
