1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Ulsan-gun District Court H 780 square meters (hereinafter “H before division”) and 300 square meters of I forest land (hereinafter “I before division”) were owned by the Plaintiff. The ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of the Defendant under the U.S. District Court No. 3214, Feb. 15, 1979, on the ground of sale as of August 14, 1970 under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Real Estate Ownership (Act No. 3094; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”).
In addition, on August 14, 1977, the U.S. District Court received No. 3167 on February 15, 1979 under the Act on Special Measures for the Transfer of Ownership in the name of the said defendant for the first forest before division.
B. Attached Table 1 B at H before the division.
After the real estate stated in the port (hereinafter referred to as “J forest”) was divided on July 21, 1981, the above J forest was transferred under Defendant D’s name as of July 21, 1981 on the ground of the sale and purchase as of July 20, 1981 by the Ulsan District Court No. 26200, Jan. 23, 1988; Defendant E’s name as of January 29, 198, as of October 21, 2002; and Defendant F’s name as of October 108063 of the above court on the ground of the sale and purchase as of February 26, 2004; and Defendant F’s name as of February 26, 2004 on the ground of the above court’s name as of February 26, 2004.
C. A list 1,98 square meters of H forests and fields after J forests have been divided shall be as shown in attached Table 1.
The real estate stated in the port (hereinafter “K Forest”) was partitioned on October 14, 200, and the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of Defendant Ulju-gun on December 29, 200 as the above court No. 100766, Dec. 29, 200 on the ground of the acquisition of public land as of December 13, 200.
After the division of H forests and fields, 1,828 square meters of H forests and fields were once again divided into 678 square meters in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun on March 26, 2001 and 1,150 square meters in H forests and fields.
(e) A list 1,150 square meters of divided H forest and 1,150 square meters is as shown in Appendix 1.
