1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 11, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
According to the statement in Gap evidence No. 1, it is recognized that the defendant prepared a certificate of loan stating that he/she will pay 20 million won to the plaintiff by August 10, 2013, borrowed on July 11, 2013, and prepared and issued a certificate of loan equivalent to 10 million won borrowed on July 25, 2013. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 30 million won agreed upon each of the above loans and delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from May 11, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
