The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the Defendants on the ground that there is no proof of facts constituting the facts charged in this case, and there is no violation of the law of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or violation of the law of free evaluation of evidence, or misunderstanding the legal principles as to the ownership of property, without making a proper examination,

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
