However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On December 26, 2020, the Defendant: (a) infringed on a structure at night; (b) 04:50 on December 26, 2020; (c) intruded inside a restaurant by the victim D, which was operated by the victim D; and (d) brought about a safe consisting of KRW 115,000 in cash owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion on the victim's structure at night.

2. Around December 28, 2020, the Defendant attempted to commit special larceny: (a) around 03:57, the victim G, which was operated by the victim G, who was in Yong-gun F, South Yong-gun, and was trying to shoulder and intrude the glass door of the above store; and (b) the Defendant attempted to hold the victim’s property owned by the victim; (c) but (d) the Defendant failed to commit an attempted theft, by means of the consensus of the security device installed therein, the level of security level was out of the ule and did not bring about the intent of escape.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steals the victim's property by destroying a part of the structure at night and impairing the structure, but attempted to do so.

On December 29, 2020, the Defendant: (a) had been in the K pharmacy operated by the Victim J during Mapopo-si on December 29, 2020; (b) had broken up and intruded the glass door door door of the entrance; (c) had the cash amount of KRW 1.8 million in the victim’s possession in the West; and (d) had the gift certificates worth KRW 400,000,000,000 in total, up to January 13, 2021, stolen the property amounting to KRW 4.23,30,000,000 in total, as written in the list of crimes, from January 13, 2021.
