On August 19, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year by imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Incheon District Court on August 19, 2015, and is still under the suspended sentence as of August 27, 2015.

Criminal facts

1. On April 16, 2016, the Defendant was driving C freight vehicles without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of 1.2km from Sincheon-dong 878-1, Sin Seocheon-dong, Sin Seocheon-dong, 911, and from the 1.2km road from Sincheon-dong, Sincheon-dong, 878-1, Sincheon-dong, Sincheon-dong, to Sin

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the time of the day specified in paragraph (1) and around 911, Shincheon-dong, Shincheon-dong, Shincheon-dong, 2,000, pursuant to the aforementioned unauthorized driving on the road, the Defendant took charge of the circumstances where the police box affiliated with the police station at issue of personal information by asking his/her personal information to him/her, and used the F resident registration number by having him/her enter the F resident registration number (G) at his/her discretion in the report of occurrence and autopsy of the case.

3. On April 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered a private document in front of Sincheon-dong 911 and 2,000, as described in paragraph (2) in front of Sincheon-dong 911 and 2,000; (b) arbitrarily stated “F”, “G”, and “F” in the name column of the vehicle operation statement in front of Sincheon-dong 911 and 2,000.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a letter of vehicle operation under F, a private document on proof of facts.

4. The Defendant, at the time and place of Paragraph 3, submitted a written statement of the operation of a vehicle in the F forged name to E in the process of the police box affiliated with the said police box, which was aware of the forgery, as if it were a document duly formed.

5. Violation of the Automobile Management Act;

(a) No person, other than an owner of a non-entrusted motor vehicle or a person entrusted with the operation of a motor vehicle by a person who owns the motor vehicle, shall operate the motor vehicle;

Nevertheless, the Defendant up to April 16, 2016.
