1. On March 26, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to a summary order of 6 months for a violation of road traffic laws (dacting driving) at the Ulsan District Court on September 24, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Ulsan District Court on September 24, 2015.

[2] The Defendant: (a) was a person who violated the provision on the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol twice or more; and (b) was driving a G rocketing car under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 0.155% alcohol level from the section of approximately 1.4km to F on January 1, 2017 from the section of approximately 1.4km, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, to the extent that the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol leveling from around 0.15%.

2. Defendant B

A.
