Reasons

The facts charged of the violation of the Labor Standards Act that the Defendant did not pay the wages of six million won and 1.44 million won of C’s wages within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of payment due date are crimes that cannot be prosecuted against the intent expressed by the victim under Article 109(2) of the Labor Standards Act.
