The same facts as the description of the cause of the claim (the lawsuit against the Defendants was withdrawn) do not conflict between the parties, or can be recognized in full view of the respective entries and the whole purport of arguments as set forth in subparagraphs A and 10.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to deliver the real estate stated in the attached list to the plaintiff.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
