From June 20, 201 to April 25, 2016, Defendant D operated a commercial sex business establishment with the trade name “F” in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Etel B 222, 308, 329, 430, 521, 629, 645, 725, 726, 1402, and 1420, Defendant D worked as an employee at the said business establishment from November 20, 2015 to February 25, 2016, and the Defendant will take charge of cleaning, telephone reservation, and heart oil, etc., and when the said business establishment was controlled by the police, he/she will take charge of a survey on behalf of D.

At around 22:00 on February 15, 2016, the Defendant, along with D, advertised the commercial sex acts at the Internet site, such as “G”, “H”, and “I,” and provided guidance to the instant officetel 1420,000 won and provided guidance to the instant officetel 1420, and arranged commercial sex acts for the said period.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to arrange sexual traffic for business from November 2015 to February 25, 2016.

2. Defendant B, around February 15, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) received 1.20,000 won for sexual traffic at one hour from the above Etel 1420; and (b) engaged in sexual intercourse with C, a sex buyer who found the said Etel.

3. On February 15, 2016, the Defendant paid KRW 1420,00 to 340,000 for officetels Nos. 1420 to 3420,00 and engaged in sexual intercourse with B, a female sexual traffic.
