The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
The summary of the facts charged is that the defendant is the representative director of the D(State) in Kimhae-si, who is an employer and a business manager who employs workers at the construction site of the literature arbitration office in the Haan-gun E and mainly carries out construction business, etc.
The Defendant, like the details of the money and valuables in arrears in attached Form 1, did not pay 2.6 million won, including wages, to six retired workers at the above workplace without any agreement to extend the due date until 14 days from the date of each retirement.
