1. The Plaintiff:
A. The Defendants jointly deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. Defendant B on February 16, 2018
1. On February 26, 2013, Plaintiff B entered in the separate list (hereinafter “instant house”) with the following terms: (a) lease deposit of KRW 5 million; (b) lease of KRW 450,000 per month; and (c) from April 15, 2013 to April 14, 2015; and (d) from around October 2014, Defendant C, who is a type of Defendant B, residing in the instant house, to change the former rent from April 2015 to KRW 670,00 per month; (b) on April 16, 2018, Defendant B entered into an agreement with the Plaintiff to extend the rent of KRW 750,000 from April 16, 2018 to February 16, 2018; and (c) Defendant B did not deliver the instant house to the Plaintiff at least KRW 650,000,0000 from February 16, 2018 to February 28, 181.
2. Judgment rendered by deeming each confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
