Punishment of the crime
[Criminal history] On December 15, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on April 3, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence on April 3, 2015.
[Criminal facts] Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he committed the following crimes:
1. Around August 2015, the Defendant provided D with Mesa-mins free of charge 0.03g of Mesa-mins-mins-ins-in-facts-in-facts-in-facts-in-facts-in-facts-in-facts-in-facts-in-facts-in-facts-in-facts-in-law located in
2. Purchase and sale of Mespheres;
A. On March 25, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant purchased from F in the F’s residence located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for KRW 0.3g of 0.3g of 250,000,000 from F, and on March 26, 2016, sold to D 0.3g of 0.3g of 50,000,000 from G located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City around 26:0 a.m. and sold to D via her home line.
B. On May 4, 2016, the Defendant purchased 0.3g 30,000 won from F at the residence of F around 21:00, the same month.
5. From the above G around A.M. to D via 1:00,000 won of the above M. M. 0.3g of 50,000 won, the sale was made.

On June 22, 2016, around 01:45, the Defendant purchased and sold 2g Mesphere 2g from I in the street near H in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased and sold 1.5 million won from I.
3. Medication and provision of Mesamina;
A. On June 22, 2016, at around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) placed 0.1g of Mespiles purchased from I in his/her own dwelling located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Seongdong-gu Seoul J building 203, such as paragraph (c) of Article 2, into a disposable injection machine; (b) injected water; and (c) delivered them to his/her arms blood transfusion so that K may administer them; and (c) provided them.
B. At around 20:00 on July 3, 2016, the Defendant put 0.1g of Mespiles purchased from I into a disposable injection machine, such as paragraph 2(c), and dilution with water, and then inject them into his own arms.
