However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant was aware of the victim D (M, 16 years old at the time) in around 2011 when he was in the second year of C, and was rejected after he was dead with a sense of care for the victim.
