On January 4, 2016, the Defendant driven a Category C truck with alcohol content of 0.247% while under the influence of alcohol during blood without a vehicle driver’s license at a section of about 1km from the front of the next Donsan City, D, to the front of the Masan Sinsan Island, which is located on the sexual scambane in the direction of the police box of the next Donsan City.

As a result, the defendant has driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol even though he/she has violated the Road Traffic Act more than twice.
