Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates the "Creing Practice Center" in Busan Shipping Daegu B.
A singing practice room business operator must not provide alcoholic beverages to juveniles, and at the time of the provision of alcoholic beverages, the age must be confirmed. However, around January 10, 2017, the Defendant sold the amount of 20,000 won of alcoholic beverages to three persons, including D(17 years of age) who are juveniles, from "C Sing practice place" that he operated.
