The judgment below

Examining the grounds for appeal in light of the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly admitted, the lower court found the Defendant guilty of the instant charges, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal. In so doing, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on statutory errors under Article 16 of the Criminal Act, or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
