A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Around May 2018, the Defendant came to know through the Victim B (V, 14 years of age) and mobile phone hosting display, and around June 19, 2018, the Victim was found to be in the vicinity of the victim’s residence, and the Victim was singing down and singing.
On June 19, 2018, from around 20:0 to around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) was sing in Ansan-gu, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, the Defendant collected his hand from the victim’s clothes and met the vessels of the victim by inserting his hand; (b) the victim did not resist the victim’s hand while putting the victim’s shoulder in two hands; and (c) the victim’s hand did not resist the victim’s hand; (d) putting the Defendant’s hand into the part of the victim’s clothes; and (e) cut the victim’s chest back with his chest and panty; and (e) putting the victim’s chest into the part of the victim’s chest; and (e) continuously exceeded the victim’s hand, and (e) let the victim take the part of the victim’s finger.
As a result, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile.

However, the victim’s statement consistent and detailed statement about the victim’s sexual intercourse, and the victim’s special motive and circumstance does not appear to mean that the victim took any measure such as reporting to the police
In full view of the above, the defendant's sexual organ is limited to the victim's body and the victim's hand.
