A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as a FF high school education teacher in Seoul Dong-gu, was in charge of the victim G (V, 15 years old), committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile under his protection and supervision on seven occasions as follows.
1. On April 9, 2013, at around 17:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, on the part of the victim, such as having the victim sit close to the front side of the victim, having the victim sit together, having the victim knife his/her knife, and having the victim knife his/her knife on his/her knife and knife his/her knife, making the victim use bucks after dancing.
2. 5. On July 30, 2013, between around 16:00 and around 17:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, such as taking the victim’s hand by hand from the rest room of the above high school male’s school building, and taking the buckbucks.
