A. 1) The Defendant is a company that conducts the vessel block manufacturing business, etc. at his/her domicile, and a limited liability company D on January 2, 2012 (hereinafter “D”).

B) A contract between the Defendant and a third party to subcontract the block assembly works among the vessel works that the Defendant received from a third party to D (hereinafter “instant subcontract contract”).

(2) On August 9, 2012, the Defendant entered into a contract with the KS AS AS Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “KS AS AS”) to supply and demand three-way shipbuilding works from KSAP, and around that time, the Defendant separated the vessel block assembly works (hereinafter “instant construction works”) from the aforementioned BSA construction works (the Defendant entered into a contract with the 7 cooperation companies in relation to the above BSA construction and subcontracted part of the project performed at the same place separately in accordance with the instant subcontract contract).

3) Around September 20, 2012, D awarded a sub-subcontract to E, including the melting work without permission of the Defendant. Around September 20, 2012, as employed by E, the Plaintiffs carried out cutting and melting work using LPG gas, oxygen, carbon dioxide, etc., and using melting devices within the enclosed vessel block of the instant construction site. However, around October 31, 2012, around 08:05, a gas explosion accident occurred within the block of the instant construction site (hereinafter “instant accident”).
