Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B-ro business taxi belonging to friendly transport.
On June 5, 2014, at around 04:18, the Defendant proceeded along the Cheongsong-dong, Daejeon Sung-dong, Seosong-gu, Daejeon, in one lane from the front-dong to the second two lanes from the north-do.
Since the red signal is on and off at the front side, the person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to check and safely proceed with other vehicles, etc. entering the front side and the right side by completely stopping before entering the road.
Nevertheless, if a yellow signal, etc. is on and off at the left-hand side from a two-lane distance from the direction of the course to the right-hand side of the Telecommunication University, due to negligence, which makes it difficult to do so, conflicts between the front gate of the victim C(54 years old) driving and the front gate of the vehicle of the victim C(54 years old) who entered the intersection and the front gate of the vehicle.
Ultimately, due to the above occupational negligence, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C, such as catitis, etc. requiring a medical treatment for about three weeks, injury to the victim E (the chief passenger of the damaged vehicle) who is the victim E (the 59-year-old), such as catitis, etc. requiring a medical treatment for about three weeks, injury to the victim F (the 57-year-old passenger) who is the back of the damaged vehicle, such as catitis, requiring a medical treatment for about two weeks, and other injury as to the victim G (the 27-year-old passenger) who is the back of his taxi, requiring a medical treatment for about two weeks, and as to the cathere and tension of the detailed part of the secret and the part of the unknown information.
