If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

The Defendant is a person who operates the “B” as an electronic commerce company and sells the U.S. Industrial Sound System, etc. to domestic consumers.

1. Illegal reduction or exemption of customs duties is an enterprise operated in the form of imported shopping mall and purchased at an overseas sales site, with intent to sell sound equipment, etc. purchased at the overseas sales site, but with intent to exempt domestic consumers from customs duties by means of filing a declaration in disguise of its used goods.

Accordingly, on July 18, 2011, when the Defendant filed an import declaration equivalent to one (LP 441 SFT SHKE) and 16.99 US dollars (Korean US dollars 18,196) in the Incheon Customs office, the Defendant reported as if he/she was subject to reduction or exemption for his/her own consumption as if he/she were a purchase agency type of goods subject to reduction or exemption for his/her own consumption and was reduced or exempted from customs duties. From that time, until July 14, 2012, the Defendant filed an import declaration on the total amount of KRW 684, such as various US dollars, and the total amount of KRW 57,431,782 in the same manner as shown in attached Table 1, and received reduction or exemption from customs duties by illegally filing an import declaration on the small amount of goods subject to exemption for self-used use.

On July 18, 2011, the Defendant evaded customs duties of KRW 3,621,250 in total over 168 times in the same manner as shown in the attached Table 2, from that time, the Defendant purchased via an overseas purchase site other ampamp, amp, amp, amp, amp, amp, 55W 5W 1x8 TUBAR CO209, and filed an import declaration (reported number D) with the Incheon Customs office as if the price of the goods was 148 U.S. dollars, and subsequently, evaded customs duties of KRW 4,190 to be imposed on KRW 52,467, the difference, as if the price of the goods was 148 U.S. dollars, from July 12, 2012.

3. On August 26, 2011, the Defendant of false import declaration purchased 1 micro(MXL990 USCOND CONSS MICHE) from 59 US dollars through a purchase site overseas, and then filed an import declaration (report number F) with the Incheon Customs.
