1. The defendant's decision has an executory power over the purchase price of goods in Incheon District Court Decision 2007 tea 4037.

Reasons

1. The Defendant applied for a payment order against the Plaintiff on December 10, 2007 by the Incheon District Court Branch Decision 2007 tea4037, which issued a payment order for the purchase price of goods. The Plaintiff received an order to pay the Defendant for KRW 599,960 and damages for delay for KRW 420,000 among them. On May 10, 2018, the Plaintiff paid the Defendant the principal and interest of KRW 1,525,727 based on the above payment order under the Seoul Northern District Court Decision 2018Da1868, May 10, 2018. Accordingly, the Defendant’s claims against the Plaintiff under the above payment order are all extinguished.
