When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. On September 19, 2008, the Defendant: (a) on September 19, 2008, at C entertainment tavern in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu; (b) provided 3,500,000 won and paid 3,500,000 won to the Defendant only when he/she works with the intent or ability to work even if he/she received prepaid money; and (c) provided 2,00,000,000 won and 2,000,000 won and 4 months after he/she loans back to C entertainment tavern in contact with the victim D around October 3, 2008; and (d) provided the victim D with a payment.

2. On October 1, 2008, the Defendant received KRW 7,200,00,000 from the victim G that he/she would faithfully work for a business establishment, even though he/she did not have an intent or ability to work even if he/she received a prepaid payment, and he/she received KRW 7,20,000 from the victim G.

3. On October 9, 2008, the Defendant received KRW 1,600,000 from the bank account in the name of the Defendant, by deceiving the victim H, who works as an employee, even if he/she borrowed money, with no intent or ability to repay the money, while he/she is obliged to repay the money in return for lending KRW 1,60,000 to the bank account in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired a total of 14,300,000 won from the victims.
