Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.
1. Around December 14, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol from approximately 200 meters to about 0.157% of blood alcohol content from the 200m distance from the roads in front of a mutual insular restaurant located in the special tourist zone of Pyeongtaek-si to Pyeongtaek-si C. Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was negligent in the course of duties in which he was unable to properly operate the brake system, was on the part of G K5 Driving Roon G K5 Motor Vehicle in order to start from the three-lane taxi platform among the three-lane roads on the Eth-lane roads and shut down the door of the driver’s seat.
As a result, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury, such as salt dump, tension, etc., which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
